1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services.
2. Appointments & Rescheduling
To ensure smooth operations and zero waiting times in our private cabins, we follow strict appointment rules:
- Appointments must be booked via the Member Portal or official WhatsApp channel.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled slot.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 4 hours in advance using the dashboard.
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments if a client is more than 30 minutes late.
3. Products and Services
All hair patches, wigs, and extensions provided are made of 100% human hair unless explicitly stated otherwise. The lifespan of a hair system depends heavily on the client's maintenance routine, sweat levels, and handling. We provide detailed aftercare instructions; failure to follow them voids any guarantee regarding the longevity of the product.
4. Payments and Refunds
Due to the highly customized and hygienic nature of hair prostheses, we do not offer refunds once a hair patch, wig, or extension has been cut, styled, or fixed to your head. We ensure you check the product quality, density, and base before the fixing process begins.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
